First: Conditions for public participation

• Participation is free within the Riyadh Boulevard area only .
• You can also enter the draw by purchasing from the Kinza online store at www.kinzabev.com, and your chances increase with each additional purchase.
• You can increase your chances of winning when you buy from the Kenza online store .
• Purchase is not required to participate, and everyone is entitled to enter by scanning the QR code and filling in the data only once .
• The competition is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
• The participants acknowledge that all data provided is correct, belongs to them, and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• All submissions from fake or bogus accounts will be deleted.
• If it is suspected that there is more than one account for a single participant, the participation will be cancelled and the prize will be withdrawn.
• Employees of the organizing company, and their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate.
• Entering the competition constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Second: The prize, its specifications, and conditions for receiving it

• The color and specifications of the car depend on what is available from the dealer or distributor.
• The images used in the advertisement are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the actual specifications or color.
• The prize does not include insurance, registration, or transfer of ownership fees.
• The winner must have a clean traffic record and no service suspensions.
• The winner shall bear all fees associated with obtaining the vehicle, the vehicle registration, insurance, and any outstanding violations.
• The car is picked up from the branch designated by the organizing company, or the winner bears the transportation costs.
• The winner is not entitled to authorize another person to receive the prize on his behalf.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or replaced with another prize.
• Jameel International – Kenza reserves the right to request a photo of the winner with the prize.
• The winner must submit all required data within 14 days of the announcement of the win, otherwise the right to claim the prize is forfeited.
• Failure to collect the prize on the specified date will result in its loss.

Third: Regarding the winner's situation

• The winner authorizes the organizing company to publish photos and videos of the award ceremony for marketing purposes free of charge.
• If the winner is a woman, she has the right to authorize another person to receive the prize and photograph it, while granting him the same authorization.
• The winner is required to sign the prize receipt report to be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.

Fourth: Cases of Re-withdrawal

• The Chamber of Commerce has the right to redraw the withdrawal in the following cases:
• The winner's failure to respond to the organizing body or the Chamber of Commerce.
• The winner's data does not match the official identity.
• The winner is not eligible to receive the prize.
• The mobile number is not activated or it is impossible to contact him.
• Failure to comply with consumer protection requirements.

Fifth: Replacing or waiving the prize

• The winner is not entitled to exchange the prize or request its value in cash.
• The car may not be registered in the name of another person.
• All procedures are carried out within the specified regulatory period.

Sixth: Official communication channels

• Communicating via WhatsApp, text messages, or email is an official and approved method.
• Notification dates are based on data recorded in the competition system.

• Seventh: Rights of the organizing company
• The company reserves the right to administer the competition, cancel any win, or withhold any prize without any legal claims.
• The company reserves the right to modify the terms or discontinue the competition at any time.
• Participants grant the company the free right to use their names, images, and clips for media and marketing purposes.
• If any condition is violated, the win will be cancelled even after the winner's name has been announced.
• The competition is for residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is open to all nationalities.
